Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

The order confirmation should be sent automatically to the email address you entered when placing your order.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to support@wakeupyo.com. 

Check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting us in case the order confirmation has been sent there.

How do I cancel my order?

We process orders by 11am EST the next business day.

If you contact us before 11am EST the next business day after ordering via support@wakeupyo.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

If the order has already been processed by the time you reach out, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. Please refer to "Can I return or exchange an item, and who do I reach out to?" on our FAQ page to see what qualifies for a full-refund. We do not offer refunds for buyers' remorse.

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed as it can cause major delays with production if we attempt to do so. As a result, the manufacturer does not allow us to cancel or make any changes to an order once it has been processed.

If you are unable to cancel your order, it could have been a light nudge to check out the product yourself and truly get a full perspective before you decide to return it as you may end up being very happy with your decision.

Can I alter my order?

We process all orders by 11am EST the next business day. 

We’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it by 11am EST the next business day. If you send me an email at support@wakeupyo.com before 11am EST the next business day from when you placed the order, we should be able to modify your order depending on the request.

If we are unable to modify your order, you will have to submit a new order. 

If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive/what is the shipping speed?

*PLEASE NOTE: Your items may arrive earlier than expected! 

We offer Standard Shipping (Express Shipping may be available to you within your region at a certain cost applicable to your region).

Shipping speeds varies based on your region/location. 

Standard shipping is typically 1-2 weeks (at most 3 weeks if we have high-volume demand) and express shipping is a shorter time-frame.

What countries do/don't you ship to?

We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea 

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.

Can I track my order?

Of course!

We will provide you with your tracking details the moment it is provided to us (which will typically be within 24-48 hours after we've processed your order).

Your tracking details will contain the expected date of arrival for your items.

 

Please reach out to support@wakeupyo.com if you have not yet recieved your tracking information or any emails on the status of your order. We can resend the email for you.

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Proof that you contacted the shipping carrier and they confirmed to have lost the package must be provided.

 

But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

I put in the wrong address at check-out.

Send us an email at support@wakeupyo.com. We'll reship your order out to you and you will have to cover shipping cost. There is a chance you may have to submit a new order if it was not sent back to the facility. Please make sure to double-check that you put in the correct address. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders that total up to $50 or more. If the order total is less than $50, shipping is $4.99 within the US, and $9.99 for outside of the US.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, and PayPal.

Bancontact is only available to customers in Belgium.

iDEAL is only available to customers in Netherlands.

 

Shop Pay Installments allows you to pay for your order in installments that could either be bi-weekly in four weeks, interest free or monthly with an interest rate.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item, and who do I reach out to?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the claim is accepted, we will reship the item to you at no additional cost.

 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Buyers Remorse: Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
    2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
